We believe in the power of women’s stories.

Whether building a business, raising a family, or navigating a career industry that’s primarily male-dominated, women have unique experiences and wisdom to share. True leadership and growth comes when we share that wisdom with other women who need support and encouragement.

This one-day event will feature all female speakers sharing their stories of building a business, working in largely male-dominated fields, focusing on self-care, learning how to develop strengths, bouncing back from failures and heartbreak, and ridding ourselves of imposter syndrome. The women on stage will hail from companies committed to diversity in leadership, including Eventbrite, Intercom, Unbounce, Trello, and Atlassian.
Our speakers will be mothers, daughters, CEOs, artists, and leaders, reflecting the varying roles that women take on everyday. To keep this event intimate and allow for maximum networking, we’re limiting physical seats to just 100 attendees, but we’ll sell also live stream tickets.

   All Female Speakers

Elevate Summit events have traditionally featured 60% female speakers, and for the first time we’ll be making that 100%! All our speakers will be coached to speak on stage, even if they’ve never done it before.

Encouraging Stories

We believe that everyone has a story to tell that can encourage or lead someone in the world. We’re dedicated to telling stories that will resonate with women no matter where they are in life.

Live Stream Access

We want this event to be accessible to as many people as possible, so we’ll be selling live stream tickets for a lower fee. (We believe the content is valuable, so access to videos will not be free.)

This is not our first rodeo.

Elevate Summit started as a platform of peer-to-peer learning for those working in customer support for the web. Our first event was in 2012 in San Francisco, and since then we’ve produced events in San Francisco (x4), New York, Chicago, London (x2) Portland, Philadelphia, and Palm Springs, CA. We’ve showcased over 250 speakers on stage from companies like Google, Facebook, Etsy, Medium, and Buzzfeed, as well as smaller software companies and universities.

What makes Elevate unique?

PEER-TO-PEER Learning
Everyone has a story, even people who’ve never been on stage. We’ve found that people learn best from people who are a reflection of their own lives.
A long-lasting Community
We don’t believe in mountaintop experiences; we build sustainable relationships. Follow our Facebook page to meet attendees!

Everyone is an expert
We focus on coaching non-professional speakers, so we do not hire famous people to get on stage. (Sorry, PR reps, that means no shilling for speakers!)
Immediate Real time Q&A
All our speakers and hosts will be available during and after the event for questions and messages through our private Slack channel.
